Chain Break Scheme - We will complete a brief questionnaire about the property before you reserve your new property. The reservation fee will be fully refunded if you don't go ahead with the scheme. Estate Agents and an independent surveyor will visit the property to assess a full value, realistic sales price.
Our offer will be based upon the fixtures and fittings list and the assumption that floor coverings, other fixtures and fittings (including kitchen appliances) will be left in the property, all services left connected and the promises cleaned and ready for occupation.
The offer will be subject to a. A retention of £500 to be held by the solicitor pending our inspection of the premises on completion, b. Formal contract. Once they have accepted our offer the reservation of your new property will go ahead and we will proceed to buy the property.
