There are two main leisure facilities within the borough.
Ilford Pools Leisure centre offers a large swimming pool, a small pool, fitness studios, dance studio, sauna suite, sunbeds, crèche. Associated with Ilford Pools is the Cricklefields Athletics Ground, which has all the facilities you would expect.
Fullwell Cross Leisure & Recreation Centre facilities comprise a 25 metre Aquazone main swimming pool, a teaching pool, expressions fitness studio with aerobics and studio cycling, Vapour Health Suite with steam rooms and plunge pool, beauty salon with Osteopathy Clinic, Café, Creche and Leisure Pass Scheme.
